What to know about early voting in Wichita County on property tax breaks, water funding

Early voting will start Oct. 20 for the Nov. 4 General Election and continue through Oct. 31.

Texans will vote on 17 constitutional amendments, including increased property tax exemptions for homeowners, a pledge of billions of dollars for water infrastructure and a ban on inheritance taxes.

In Wichita County, residents of City View ISD will also vote for a CVISD School Board member.

Here are the amendments on the ballot that all registered voters can vote on:

Voters in City View ISD will have one contested school board race on their ballot for a one-year unexpired term. Candidates are:

Two other seats on the board are uncontested.

Wichita County Courthouse, 900 Seventh St. in Wichita Falls

Sikes Senter, 3111 Midwestern Parkway in Wichita Falls

Commissioner Precinct 2 Building, 102 W. College in Burkburnett

Tax office substation, 400 N. Wall in Iowa Park

Commissioner Precinct 4 Building, 2023 State Highway 25 N. in Electra
