When one door closes, another one opens as a new restaurant has found a home in the Mall of Abilene in the former location of Ari’s Cafe.
Moot Moot Asian Food & Drinks Garden, a brand new dining concept, has moved into the mall suite that used to house Ari’s Cafe.
Ari’s closed in April after making a statement on social media citing circumstances beyond its control as the reason for the closure.
Moot Moot’s owner, Ku Lah, said the new restaurant is still waiting on a passing restaurant inspection before it can open its doors.
According to Lah, Moot Moot’s is slated to serve a variety of Asian-inspired drinks and cuisine.
