With the 2026 NFL Draft now less than a month away, many college teams are staging “Pro Days” to highlight their draft prospects. For many, it is the final opportunities for NFL teams to get eyes on prospects in-person before they’re on the clock. The Texas Longhorns Pro Day was on Tuesday and a lot happened.
Every NFL team was in attendance on the University of Texas campus, including appearances from Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer, who also had a lot of the Cowboys staff with him. Carolina Panthers general manager Dan Morgan was also in the bubble, as 16 players worked out, including the seven players who were invited to the NFL Combine.
“This is a huge stop for us here coming to Texas,” Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer said. “A spot right down the road with coach Sark, great relationship between him and the Cowboys and the University of Texas, so excited to be here.”
Malik Muhammad was thrilled the Cowboys showed up. “It’ll mean everything to get drafted by Dallas and I got the resume for it to be a huge history type story.” Muhammad said after the event.
