The Texas A&M Aggies have announced that they will wear special camouflage uniforms when they host the Arkansas Razorbacks on Oct. 3 at Kyle Field. The game against Arkansas will also serve as Texas A&M’s celebration of the university’s 150th anniversary.
The “Honor and Support” uniforms have a desert camouflage design that is inspired by the khaki uniforms of the Corps of Cadets, the dried grasslands and the rolling hills of Aggieland. The look is completed by a camouflage helmet, maroon pants, and camouflage cleats.
The jerseys feature a university identification stencil that pays homage to Texas A&M’s military heritage on the right side of the shoulder pads. The patch has elements inspired by the Aggie Ring, including the star and laurel leaf; its circular shape honors the wheels of the Spirit of ‘02 field gun. A Texas flag is on the side of the left shoulder pad.
The helmet has the same camo pattern with the Texas A&M logo inside an outlined state of Texas. Both are in maroon and white. The same stencil from the shoulder pads is on the gloves.
Texas A&M is set to open the 2026 season on Sept. 5 against the Missouri State Bears at Kyle Field. The game will start at 6 p.m. CT and will be on ESPN.
