OpenTable has a fresh list of the El Paso’s most-booked restaurants.
The reservation platform released its latest rankings on Aug. 6, highlighting the El Paso restaurants diners are booking the most, along with some of the best-reviewed spots. All of the familiar favorites made the cut once again — because El Pasoans clearly know what they like.
Here are the most-booked restaurants in El Paso for 2026, according to OpenTable:
Casa Pantera
Casa Pantera brings together Oaxacan flavors and Riviera Maya influences in a stylish Mexican chophouse in El Paso’s Five Points neighborhood.
The menu features plenty of splurge-worthy options, including a massive 50-ounce tomahawk steak, filet mignon and oysters.
The restaurant has earned a nearly perfect rating on OpenTable, with diners frequently praising its service and organic-inspired decor. Casa Pantera also appeared on last year’s list of El Paso’s most-booked restaurants.
“With its focus on quality, warmth, and contemporary Mexican flavors, Casa Pantera stands out as one of El Paso’s most distinctive dining experiences,” OpenTable writes on its website.

Cafe Central
Cafe Central makes the list year after year, and offers an expansive, award-winning wine selection and gourmet dishes with a Southwestern twist.
Established in 1918, Cafe Central has long been known for its upscale dining and elegant menu. The El Paso staple was also named one of OpenTable’s Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in the U.S. in 2012, according to Cafe Central’s website.

The steakhouse at the Fountains at Farah remains one of El Paso’s most popular dining spots and has landed on the list several times.
Ruth’s Chris is known for serving its steaks sizzling on 500-degree plates, finished with butter and parsley. The menu includes everything from a New York strip to lamb chops and a porterhouse for two.
The restaurant is also a popular spot for corporate gatherings, special occasions or simply meeting friends for happy hour.

WESO
