Sheppard AFB aircraft involved in landing incident

A Sheppard Air Force Base aircraft was involved in an unspecified incident, according to a media release from the base.

This is what the media release sent Monday night from the 82nd Training Wing said:

During a routine landing, a U.S. Air Force T-38 Talon trainer aircraft from the 80th Flying Training Wing experienced an incident upon landing shortly after 4 p.m., with one pilot on board.

The pilot reported no initial injuries. Details surrounding the incident are under investigation. Additional information will be released as appropriate.
