Ramirez was being held Monday in the Tom Green County Jail in lieu of a $150,000 bond, online jail records show.

San Angelo police Chief Travis Griffith said Friday that police believe Martinez’s murder is narcotics related.

On Friday, July 25, San Angelo police said they were still looking to apprehend two more teens, Davon Lewis, 17, and a 16-year-old juvenile male, in connection with the murder that happened July 23.

On Saturday, police said all individuals involved in the homicide were in custody.

Arrest and bond information were not available as of Monday morning for the two additional suspects who were arrested.

Anyone charged with a crime is presumed innocent until convicted beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

“We want to commend the outstanding work and dedication of our Criminal Investigations Division, Crime Scene Investigations Unit, Narcotics Task Force, and Special Operations Unit,” a news release stated. “Their relentless efforts, attention to detail, and teamwork played a critical role in ensuring those responsible were located and taken into custody.”

Around 10 p.m. Wednesday, San Angelo police were dispatched to the area of Roosevelt Street and Rio Concho Drive in reference to a motor vehicle accident, police stated in a previous media release. Inside the vehicle, police found Martinez with a gunshot wound.
