UPDATED: See early voting locations in Wichita County

Early voting in the March 3 Texas primaries begins Tuesday and ends Feb. 27.

General Election Day in Texas and across the U.S. will be Nov. 3. Wichita County participates in the Countywide Polling Place Program, which means all eligible voters can vote at any polling location during early voting and on Election Day.

The Wichita County election supervisor’s office said updated voter registration cards have not been mailed out yet due to the state’s redevelopment of the voter registration system. An acceptable form of photo ID is required, but residents do not have to present a current voter registration certificate to vote.

Below are the early voting locations and times in Wichita County.

Wichita County Courthouse, 900 Seventh St., Room 107

Feb. 17-20: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Feb. 21: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Feb. 22: 1 p.m.-7 p.m.  

Feb. 23-27: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Commissioner Precinct 2 Building, 102 W. College St., Burkburnett

Feb. 17–20: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Feb. 21: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Feb. 22: 1 p.m.-7 p.m.

Feb. 23-27: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Tax Office Substation, 400 N. Wall St., Iowa Park

Feb. 17-20: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Feb. 21: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Feb. 22: 1 p.m.-7 p.m.

No Democrats entered Wichita County races.

Thirteenth Congressional District Representative

Two Republicans are vying for their party’s nomination in the primary.

Statewide contested races that will appear on both Republican and Democratic ballots include: U.S. senator, governor, lieutenant governor, comptroller, land commissioner, agriculture commissioner and railroad commissioner.

Nonbinding referendum questions will appear on the ballots for both parties.
