“We’re grateful to the teammates and guests in El Paso, Katy, and Lubbock for their support over the years and wish them all the best. We hope to return to these communities in the future,” the theater states on its website

According to social media posts, the two El Paso locations, at Montecillo and East Side on Pellicano Drive, will close for a rebrand.

The company has also detailed refund procedures for affected customers. All outstanding ticket orders will be automatically canceled, and refunds will be issued via email. Customers needing assistance are encouraged to contact their local venue.

Season Pass subscribers will have their memberships automatically canceled and will receive prorated refunds for the remainder of their billing cycle. An email confirmation will follow.

For moviegoers who purchased tickets through Fandango or Atom Tickets, the company advises contacting those platforms directly to process refunds.
