Covenant Medical Center has been named the best regional hospital in northwestern Texas, according to the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report.
This Best Hospitals report aims to help patients and families make informed choices on where they want to receive care, and has done so since 1989. Evaluating survival rates, complication rates, patient experience and level of nursing care, U.S. News looked at more than 5,000 hospitals for this year’s report. This data came from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, American Hospital Association, professional organizations and medical specialists, according to the news release.

Covenant’s Grace Surgical Hospital also received high performing recognition for knee replacements.
