Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico asks for help finding missing airman

Cannon Air Force Base in Curry County, New Mexico, is asking the public for help in locating one of its missing airmen.

On Thursday morning, July 16, Cannon AFB posted on its social media that the 27th Special Operations Wing is working with local law enforcement to find Brandon Freeman.

“Freeman has a recent history of drug abuse and is believed to be experiencing a mental health crisis,” read the post.

Anyone with information about Freeman’s whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement, call 911, or contact the Headquarters Air Force Office of Special Investigations at (571) 305-8484.
