“Survivor” season 49 has officially started − and so have the eliminations.
The series premiere on Sept. 24 brought 18 candidates to the beaches of Fiji, where they’re split into tribes and tasked to compete against each other for the title of Sole Survivor and $1 million.
But somebody has to go. Here’s who got voted off the CBS reality competition Wednesday night and who’s left.

Who was voted off ‘Survivor’ last night?
Nicole Mazullo, a 26-year-old financial crime consultant who resides in Philadelphia, became the first person voted out of “Survivor” Season 49.
The Long Island native was blindsided in a 5-1 vote; her tribemates had told her they were going to vote 49-year-old musician Kimberly “Annie” Davis after the tribe lost the immunity challenge.
During tribal council, the Kele Tribe told host Jeff Probst that the decision was based on keeping the tribe strong. Aware that her life in the game was at risk, Mazullo did not play her Shot In the Dark advantage, which would have offered her a one-in-six chance at safety.”They got me. That was a true blindside, so ‘numbers don’t lie but people do’ is absolutely true. I felt like I was on the right side of the numbers, and with the majority, but they were good liars,” Mazullo said during her exit interview. “They kicked it into high gear, and I just completely missed it.”
