Suspect in viral fight punched woman knocked unconscious, kicked man, prosecutors say

The sixth suspect arrested in a viral Downtown fight is accused of striking the woman knocked unconscious and kicking a man on the ground.

During her arraignment, prosecutors said Aisha Devaughn, 25, punched a woman named Holly in the face, who was then knocked unconscious during the July 26 brawl near Fourth and Elm streets.

Holly requested her last name be withheld due to threats she has been receiving.

A social media clip from the fight at Fourth and Elm streets shows multiple people throw punches toward Holly in the middle of the fight. One man punches Holly to the ground, leaving her lying motionless until someone comes and helps her back up.

Devaughn was arrested Aug. 6, just before 9 a.m., Cincinnati police said. She received a $300,000 bond during her arraignment in Hamilton County Municipal Court on charges of felonious assault and aggravated riot.

A grand jury is set to hear the case by Aug. 18.

Holly said she has been told the man who punched her was Patrick Rosemond. He was arrested in Fulton County, Georgia on Aug. 4 with the help of an FBI task force based out of Atlanta and remains in custody as of Thursday morning.

Five other people are facing felony charges in the July 26 incident:
