Golden State’s loss is the Memorial Tournament’s gain. With the Warriors eliminated from the NBA playoffs, All-Star guard Stephen Curry will be making putts instead of 3-pointers at Muirfield Village Golf Club May 28 during the Workday Golden Bear pro-am.

Curry, an avid golfer with a low handicap, also played the Memorial pro-am in 2021 and 2023. Joining him this year will be Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning and retired NFL wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald Jr, as well as former LPGA player Michelle Wie-West and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Noah Kahan. More celebs could be added to the field later.

Pro-am tee times have yet to be announced, but the biggest-name celebrity golfers typically tee off in the morning wave.

The May 28 event schedule also includes Salute to Service Day, honoring military members, veterans and first responders; as well as Junior Golf Day, featuring a course treasure map, kids autograph zone, and complementary access for high school golf program athletes.

Barbara Nicklaus will be celebrated as the Memorial honoree at 1:30 p.m. that day on the driving range, while the Tournament Tailgate, open to all ticket holders, begins at 3:30 p.m. with live music in the Champions Pavilion.
