SASA Foot Spa in Sagamore Hills has permanently closed after authorities began investigating allegations that the business was operating as an illegal massage parlor.
Law enforcement executed a search warrant on Dec. 18 of the 500 W. Aurora Road, Suite 125, property in the Sagamore Square Plaza, according to a news release from the Sagamore Hills Police Department.
One victim was identified, and authorities are awaiting further investigation on another potential victim, the release said.
The Sagamore Hills Police Department, Summit County Regional Human Trafficking Task Force, Summit County Sheriff’s Office and SWAT team and Department of Homeland Security performed the investigation, the news release said.
Sagamore Square Plaza management terminated SASA Foot Spa’s lease, Sagamore Police said.
