Popular New Orleans Way Down Yonder Restaurants Are Returning

The owners of Way Down Yonder New Orleans Finest Restaurant and Way Down Yonder Beignets & Coffee shared on social media that the restaurants will be joining forces and returning under the same roof.

An exact location and opening date hasn’t been specified. Way Down Yonder closed its South High Street location in 2024, and its former building was demolished to make way for new development, while the Beignets & Coffee branch closed its East Main Street location recently. The restaurants are run by mother-daughter duo Yonder Gordon and Yonder Miller, respectively.
