A more than 633,000-square-foot industrial property in Massillon has sold for $18.5 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Americold Real Estate LP purchased 4676 Erie Ave. SW from BMC Massillon LLC. The property is leased to two existing companies.
Two other properties also sold for more than $1 million. MP Canton LLC purchased 3350 Bruening Ave. SW in Canton Township for $2.48 million; and Hall of Fame Owner LLC purchased 5130 Faircrest St. SW in Perry Township for $10.4 million.
The real estate transfers cover March 21 to March 27.
