Time is running out for in-person early voting for the upcoming May primary.
Early voting is taking place through Sunday, May 3, at the Summit County Board of Elections, at 1050 E. Tallmadge Ave. in Akron.
Don’t forget that the Summit County Board of Elections moved last year from its former location on Grant Street.
Here is the schedule of remaining dates and times for early voting:
When are absentee ballots due?
If you’re casting an absentee ballot, remember there is no longer a four-day grace period after Election Day for ballots to arrive at the board of elections.
Senate Bill 293 requires absentee ballots to arrive by the close of polls to be counted, with an exception for military and overseas voters.
