The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 15-year-old who was reported missing early this weekend.
Deputies say they are looking for Maya Barreto who was last seen at 3:45 p.m. Friday, April 24, at McNicholas High School on Beechmont Avenue in Mount Washington.
She was walking eastbound on Beechmont and was believed to be heading across town to Fairview Park in the CUF neighborhood, deputies said.
Deputies state she has a history of self-harm and is considered a critical missing juvenile.
Barreto is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, has black hair and hazel eyes.
