The Cincinnati Bengals are extremely unlikely to have interest in trading for Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby.
That needs said as a disclaimer because, before the non-infamous trade between the Raiders and Baltimore Ravens fell apart, a report said the Bengals were a “latecomer” showing interest in a Crosby trade.

But former Bengals player Adam “Pacman” Jones says otherwise.
On a video posted to his social media account, Jones hints that he thinks the Bengals are in on a Crosby trade once more.
By all public accounts, the Raiders and Crosby are back together and working toward next season. Whatever apparently concerned the Ravens enough to back out of the trade seems to be keeping other teams away now.
Crosby, 29, apparently only got off crutches last week after fixing some medical issues and is on point for an offseason program return. He’s a $27 million or more cap hit through 2029, including a $35.7 million cap hit this upcoming season, which makes any Bengals interest pretty unlikely.
And that’s before any possible Crosby desire to have a reworked and updated contract signed with his new team upon arrival.
Barring an absolute stunner, the Bengals won’t be looking at Crosby, other than a standard case of due diligence to see if the price tag has moved at all after the failed Ravens trade. And even that seems unlikely, even if it would actually match some of Duke Tobin’s “all-in” comments from the scouting combine.
