Does Rep. Max Miller still have your vote? Tell us here

U.S. Rep. Max Miller is officially still in the running to remain a congressman despite a highly publicized scandal involving domestic violence allegations.

Ignoring calls from fellow GOP lawmakers to step aside so another Republican with a better chance of winning can take his place Nov. 3, Miller has instead doubled down, vowing to spend $1 million of his own money into his campaign.

We want to hear from voters in the 7th District, which includes southern Cuyahoga County, all of Medina County, the north part of Wayne County and Ashland County − particularly voters who helped Miller assume office.

If you previously voted for Miller, let us know whether you plan to vote for him again to be included in an upcoming story. Use the form below to share your thoughts.

What are the allegations against Miller?

Emily Moreno, the daughter of Ohio Senator and fellow Republican Bernie Moreno, has accused Miller of throwing her against a wall, dousing her in hot water and pointing a gun at her while she was changing their daughter’s diaper.

The couple has since divorced and are involved in a custody battle over their daughter, who previously suffered a broken collar bone. It remains unclear how the girl was injured. Cuyahoga County Children’s Services investigated but did not determine how the girl was hurt and whether anyone was involved in the injury.
