Stew Leonard’s is selling New York Knicks-themed ice cream cones and bags of coffee at its grocery stores.
With the Knicks in the NBA finals (they won game one), you can have the stores’ soft-serve ice cream dunked into an orange cone and topped off with orange and blue sprinkles.
“Orange, blue and Insta-worthy,” said a Stew Leonard’s Instagram post about the cones. “We’re serving up New York basketball energy one soft serve cone at a time! Grab yours at Stew’s and let’s hear it for New York!”
Stew’s also has its New York City Blend Coffee — the bags have basketball and Knicks imagery.
“Strong, smooth, and full of New York energy — just the way game day should feel. Pour a cup, wear the orange and blue, and tell us: are you drinking it hot or iced for the Finals?” an Instagram post said.
The ice cream cones are $6 each and coffee bags are $13.99 a pound.
Stew Leonard’s, famed for animatronic characters that talk and sing as customers make their way through, has stores in Yonkers and in Connecticut, on Long Island and in New Jersey.
