Spring is almost here — and at Starbucks, it is already here.
The coffee chain’s 2026 spring menu launched March 3, bringing back lavender favorites and introducing new coconut and ube drinks. With more than 750 Starbucks locations across New York — including hundreds in New York City — customers won’t have to go far to try them.
What’s new on the Starbucks spring menu?
This year’s lineup leans into floral and tropical flavors. New drinks include:
Returning favorites include the Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte and Lavender Crème Frappuccino. A new Frog Cake Pop — vanilla cake with buttercream dipped in green icing — also joins the menu.
Starbucks is also updating its chai recipe, featuring notes of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger with a touch of honey. Customers can now customize sweetness levels more easily.
Starbucks Reserve options in NYC
For New Yorkers near a Starbucks Reserve location in Manhattan, additional specialty drinks and snacks are rolling out, including the Iced Ube Coconut Latte and other ube- and coconut-inspired offerings.

In addition to seasonal drinks, Starbucks is rolling out matcha- and cherry blossom-themed merchandise this spring. Highlights include:
More coming this spring
On April 7, Starbucks will debut a Mango Cream Chai. Later in the season, the company plans to introduce Energy Refreshers made with caffeine and Vitamin B.
