Florida's Social Security, SSI schedule for June 2026

Floridians who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) checks will be paid on Monday, June 1. More than five million Floridians, or more than one in every five residents, will receive Social Security benefits on the regular schedule, with the first payments arriving on June 10.

That’s not always the case. SSI, a program to help people with limited or no income or resources, people aged 65 or older, and people who are blind or have a qualifying disability, sends benefits on the first of the month. When that date lands on a holiday or weekday, as it did in January and February, the check goes out on the latest weekday prior.
