Buckle up and unbuckle your belts: it’s time for festivals, food truck rodeos, fancy dinners and other food-focused happenings around Rochester. Here’s a rundown of some of the more noteworthy events coming up in the summer into early fall.
These are listed in chronological order; if the events are held on multiple dates, they are listed on the first date of the series.
Food truck rodeos
Food truck rodeos are held from 5 to 9 p.m. on the last Wednesday of each month at the Rochester Public Market, 280 N. Union St and feature live music. The musical lineup for the 2026 season will be:

Annunciation Rochester Greek Festival
Annunciation Rochester Greek Festival: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. May 28 through 31 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 962 East Ave. Greek food, beer, wine and coffee; a Greek marketplace; music and dancing; and a kiddie village with a variety of activities. History on Tap
History on Tap: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 29, Genesee Country Village and Museum, 1410 Flint Hill Road, Mumford. Sample local craft beers, wines, and ciders including GCV&M’s own historical brews. Live music, food and after-hours access to the museum. $30; $31 after May 28 and at the door. gcv.org.
Rochester Cocktail Revival
The Rochester Cocktail Revival will return for its thirteenth iteration from June 1 to 7 at more than 30 bars and arts venues in Rochester. The weeklong festival will host more than 70 events over 7 days. Among the events will be pairing dinners, themed parties, tasting events, educational seminars, live music, a daytime spirit tasting event, interactive arts entertainment and a Bar Room Battle Royale between local mixologists. Rochester Night Market
Rochester Night Markets are flea markets held from 6 to 10 p.m. every other Tuesday at 18 Flint St. More than 70 vendors sell handmade items, vintage finds and delicious food from local trucks. Summer dates are June 2, 16 and 30; July 14 and 28; Aug. 11 and 25; Sept. 8 and 22; and Oct. 6 and 20. rochesternightmarket.com.
Fairport Canal Days
Fairport Canal Days will kick off with a chicken barbecue and live music from 4:30 to 10 p.m. June 5 at the Fairport Junction Festival Site. A huge selection of food and arts vendors will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 6 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 7 along the Erie Canal in the Village. Smokin’ Summer Kickoff
Smokin’ Summer Kickoff: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 6 and 7 at 15 Seneca Lake wineries. Members of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail will pair wine tastings with summer-themed foods. $65 includes food, wine tastings and a souvenir glass; $25 for designated drivers, who receive nonalcoholic beverages and an insulated travel mug. senecalakewine.com.
Genesee Valley Regional Market Block Party
The Genesee Valley Regional Market, 900 Jefferson Road in Henrietta, will host a block party from 5 to 8 p.m. June 10. It will include samples, live music featuring Billy McKee and raffle prizes.
Midday Bash
Midday Bash: These lunchtime outdoor events will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. June 10, July 8, Aug. 5 and Sept. 9 at Parcel 5, 285 E. Main St. downtown. Rochester Real Beer Expo
The Rochester Real Beer Expo will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. June 11 on the concourse at ESL Ballpark, home of the Rochester Red Wings. It will feature more than 75 breweries, cideries, kombucha producers and other craft beverage makers. Live music from Stunt Double and the Brian Lindsay Band. Movies with a Downtown View
Movies with a Downtown View shows free outdoor movies on a 20-foot-wide, 10-foot-high LED video wall with high-quality sound at Parcel 5, 285 E. Main St. downtown. They will be held June 12, July 17 and Sept. 25 starting at approximately 8 a.m. Arrive at 7 p.m. for pre-movie fun and games. Grab a bite to eat from local food trucks and enjoy classic movie concession items. ASL interpreters will be present and all films include closed captions. Bring your chairs and blankets. Webster Summer Celebration
The Webster Summer Celebration will be held beginning at 4 p.m. June 13 at 1350 Chiyoda Dr. in Webster. It will have live music, food from 10 food trucks and will cap off the day with fireworks. It is hosted by Webster Parks and Recreation.
Celtic Faire
The Celtic Faire will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 13 at Genesee Country Village & Museum, 1410 Flint Hill Road in Mumford. Explore a variety of pan-Celtic traditions including bagpipes, Highland games, Irish dancing and traditional foods. Included with museum admission. gcv.org.
Sodus Rolling Stoves
Sodus Rolling Stoves feature food trucks, local vendors and live entertainment. They will be held 5 to 8 p.m. at Sodus Fireman’s Field, 48 Mill St. in Sodus on June 15 and 29; July 13 and 27; and Aug. 10 and 24.
Harborfest
The 40th annual Rochester Harborfest will be held June 18 to 21 at Ontario Beach Park, 50 Beach Ave. It will feature live music; food vendors; a sand sculpture contest; car show; antique fire equipment; carnival rides and games; water ski shows; boat parade of lights; ROC City Circus acts; wine/beer/spirits tasting tent; and a special visit from the historic 1893 tall ship Lettie G. ZooBrew
Wander The Seneca Park Zoo after hours from 5:30 to 9 p.m. June 19, July 10, Aug. 7 and Sept. 4 at 2222 St. Paul St. Purchase beer, cider, hard seltzer and n/a options to sip as you visit the animals. Meet animal ambassadors and learn about the animals who live at the zoo during keeper chats throughout the night. Each event has three live music locations. FLXcursion
FLXcursion, a biennial celebration of Riesling and cool-climate wines, will be held June 27 to 29 across the Finger Lakes. Many of the events are limited to industry professionals. Among the events open to the public will be The Grand Tasting on June 27 on Linden Street in downtown Geneva. Winemakers and principals representing more than 30 producers from cool-climate regions around the world will present their portfolios. Lao-Thai Summer Food Festival
Lao-Thai Summer Food Festival will be held noon to 3 p.m. (or until food runs out) June 28 at Wa Pat Lao Buddhadham, 135 Martin Road in Henrietta. Thai and Lao dishes prepared by local restaurants and members of the Theravada Buddhist temple. Bring lawn chairs, enjoy live music and wander the grounds of the temple. Taste of Wayne County
Taste of Wayne County: 4:30 to 8 p.m. July 21 along Van Buren Street and in T. Spencer Knight Canal Park in Newark. Food-related businesses from around Wayne County will offer samples of signature dishes, food products or beverages. Live entertainment. Dinner on the Bridge
The elegant Dinner on the Bridge, set against the backdrop of the Genesee River on the Pont de Rennes Bridge, is returning from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. July 23 after a two-year hiatus. A three-course gourmet meal will be paired with fine wines and cocktails by Avvino. Tickets are $295 per person; the event supports Greentopia’s mission to create a greener, more vibrant Rochester. Pints in the Park
Pints in the Park: Resurgence Brewing Co. will hold a Pints in the Park pop-up event beginning at 4 p.m. July 25 at Perinton Park, 99 O’Connor Road, in Fairport. This event series transforms parks across Western New York into mobile beer gardens. A Resurgence beer trailer will pour local beer, cider, seltzer and more. The Melt Food Truck and Bubble Waffle Bus will be vending, and Sean Dreywood will perform from 5 to 8 p.m. Head to the shelter by the basketball and tennis courts and bring a blanket or lawn chair.
Puerto Rican Festival

Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend
Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend: July 30 to Aug. 1 at various sites around Phelps, Ontario County. Head to the former sauerkraut capital of the world for food (with and without sauerkraut), a parade, carnival rides, live music, kids’ activities, marketplace vendors, 5K and 20K and more. phelpsny.com.
Pan Afrikan Festival
The Pan Afrikan Festival (formerly Afrikan American Festival) will celebrate the heritage and culture of all people from the Afrikan Diaspora from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Aug 1. at the Highland Bowl. FGAS German Festival
The 121st FGAS German Festival will be held 5 to 11 p.m. Aug. 7 at 75 South Union Street in Spencerport. Monroe County’s longest running cultural festival will feature German food, German beer, German dancing and German music. rochestergerman.org.
Polish Arts Festival

Avon Rotary Corn Festival
Avon Rotary Corn Festival: 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Aug. 8 on Genesee Street in the village of Avon, Livingston County. Food offerings including fresh corn on the cob, salt potatoes and corn fritters; beer garden; corn eating contest; vendors and children’s events. Brockport Arts Festival

The Village of Victor will host the Victor Music & Food Festival from 4 to 10 p.m. Aug. 8 in downtown Victor. Live music, food offerings, food trucks, craft beverages, live music and artists. Barry’s Irish Festival
Barry’s Irish Festival will be held 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 21 and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Aug. 22 at Webster Fireman’s Field in Webster. Hop Harvest Festival: Bines & Vines
Tour of one of the only working 19th-century breweries in the United States from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 5 at Genesee Country Village, 1410 Flint Hill Road in Mumford. Join in on the harvest and help costumed interpreters in the hop yard. Hear costumed interpreters talk about harvesting and processing hops. Stop by historic kitchens to taste 19th-century food with recipes that include ale and learn how families might have used hops medicinally. Tickets will go on sale in July. gcv.org.
Naples Grape Festival
The annual Naples Grape Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 26 and 27 in the Village of Naples. The two-day festival includes live music, artistic vendors, food offerings, a beverage garden and a grape pie contest. naplesgrapefest.org.
Hilton Apple Festival
The annual Hilton Apple Festival will be held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 3 and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 4 on Henry Street in Hilton.
