Cookie monsters, this is your moment: tell us your favorite chocolate chip cookie in Westchester and Rockland.
There’s plenty to think about as there tend to be many (and passionate) ideas on what’s best. Do you prefer yours thick or thin? Chewy, crumbly or crispy? Milk chocolate or dark? With or without nuts?
In anticipation of March Madness and in an ode to everyone’s beloved sports brackets, we’re starting a chocolate chip poll. But first, we need the nominees — and that’s up to you. Once we get a list, we’ll start the voting. Nominees are limited to shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes and specialty bakers (think artisanal online businesses and private catering based in Westchester or Rockland).
We’ll continue the voting until someone is crowned the winner, securing bragging rights to the “Best Chocolate Chip Cookie” in Westchester and Rockland.
