NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero was among those impressed with the New York Jets at the 2026 NFL Draft.
Pelissero commented on the work the team did on Round 1 of the draft and specifically noted one interesting thought about the third of those.
The Jets traded back into the first round to select receiver Omar Cooper Jr. Pelissero suggested Cooper would have been a good pick at No. 16 when New York took tight end Kenyon Sadiq, let alone landing Cooper at 30.
