Meet the six new 'Love Island USA' Casa Amor girls

The Season 8 ‘Love Island USA’ boys have arrived at Casa Amor, where they were introduced to six new “bombshells.”

Sunday night’s episode of ‘Love Island USA’ was full of drama and new romance as the boys were sent off to the Casa Amor villa, while the girls were forced to watch a live stream of their guys meeting the new girls.

During the day, the islanders got a text stating they were going to participate in the heart rate challenge, which is when the girls and guys take turns showing off their best moves around the fire pit to try and get the other islanders’ heart rates up the most.

The boys got a text later on saying to get ready to leave the villa for Casa Amor, while the girls were still getting ready for the challenge. When the girls got to the fire pit, they were greeted with a large present box that opened to reveal a large television screen showing a live stream of the boys in Casa Amor.

One by one, the new Casa girls came out to the boys’ fire pit to participate in the heart rate challenge while the girls watched. There were screams, tears and a lot of tension at the villa, but ‘Love Island USA’ announced that 12 new boy “bombshells” will soon join the girls in the villa- the most Casa Amor “bombshells” in ‘Love Island USA’ history.

While we will have to wait to meet the Casa boys until tonight’s episode, Monday, June 22, six girls have officially been introduced.

What is Casa Amor?

Casa Amor is a long-standing tradition in the ‘Love Island’ franchise, where the couples are put up against their biggest test of the season.

For one week, all couples are split up, with the girls and boys in two separate villas. Here’s the twist: the two groups are not alone in the villas. A group of new boy “bombshells” move into the girls’ villa, while a group of new girl “bombshells” move in with the boys. Throughout that week, challenges are played, relationships are tested and new connections are formed.

At the end of Casa Amor, each islander has to decide whether they want to stay with their original couple or recouple with one of the new “bombshells.”

The Season 8 Casa Amor week will start with a 90-minute episode on Monday, June 22.
