Check out the nominees in lohud Flag Football Player of the Week, presented by White Plains Hospital, and cast your vote. The athletes’ credentials are listed above the fan poll, which will be open until 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 6. The winner will be announced on lohud sports social media on Wednesday.

Let’s meet the candidates.
Myriam Areche, Yonkers
The junior had three touchdowns and five interceptions in the last week for Yonkers, which had two wins and a tie.
Maddie Cashman, Mamaroneck
The junior had nine touchdowns – seven passing and two rushing – over the last week and had over 600 passing yards.
Taylor Garcia, Walter Panas
The freshman had three touchdowns – two rushing and one receiving – over two games in the last week, along with an extra point. She also had three sacks and 15 flag pulls.
Eve Girardi, Tappan Zee
The senior was 47 for 61 with 386 yards and seven touchdown passes over three games in the last week. Girardi rushed for 144 yards with three touchdowns. She also had 18 flag pulls and an interception.
Della Gonzalez, Byram Hills
The senior had 457 yards and threw for 10 touchdown passes over two games in the last week.
Hera Isakaj, Horace Greeley
The junior had seven touchdowns – four rushing and three passing – over the last week. She threw for 281 yards and also had 14 flag pulls.
Niamh Kelleher, Mahopac
The junior had seven touchdowns – three receiving and four interceptions – over two games in the last week. She also had seven flag pulls.
Eva Monaco, Yorktown
The senior had 75 yards rushing with a touchdown and 75 yards receiving with a touchdown, as well as two interceptions and an interception return for a touchdown.
Elise O’Brien, Ardsley
The junior threw for 315 yards and four passing touchdowns, as well as a sack and seven flag pulls in the last week.
Brianna Owens, Woodlands
The sophomore had six touchdown passes against Irvington last week.
