Bills Radio Network announces updates across New York, out of state

The Buffalo Bills have provided an update on their new team-provided radio coverage of the team.

Earlier this offseason, the Bills announced a break from WGR-550 radio and decided to create a team-run network. That new “Bills Radio Network” brand has now quickly announced an expansion.

The Bills announced they will provide an expanded area of coverage.

The team has added 23 affiliate radio networks that will carry their coverage of the Bills, including out-of-state ones in Pennsylvania and Florida:

A new release provided via the team’s website can be found below:

Twenty-three (23) affiliates, including Rochester (Rock 95.1 FM), New York (ESPN New York 1050 AM), West Palm Beach (ESPN West Palm 106.3 FM) and Erie (Rocket 105 FM) will bring fans unparalleled access to Bills football across New York state and into Pennsylvania and Florida.

Buffalo Bills Radio Network will provide fans with direct access to Bills coaches and players, and deliver exclusive game highlights and inside coverage, reaching a potential population of more than 30 million.

“We’re off to a great start building our affiliate network as we move into Highmark Stadium,” said Pete Guelli, Bills president of business operations. “With more network affiliates, we’re reaching fans throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and even Florida. Our partnership with flagship station 97 Rock, along with the addition of new pregame and postgame shows, will provide greater access for Bills Mafia. There’s a strong demand for radio and audio content in all forms, and we’re pleased to meet that need.”

As part of the re-imagined radio lineup, the Bills are launching a live pregame and postgame show.

Western New York-based sports personality Chris Trapasso and former Bills Pro Bowl center Mitch Morse will host both the pregame and postgame radio shows before and after every Buffalo Bills game. Together, Trapasso and Morse will provide live analysis and reaction to everything Buffalo Bills football.

The pregame show starts two hours before kickoff of every game, airing live from Highmark Stadium for home games. Hear from Trapasso, Morse and special guests every minute before kickoff.
