3 potential X-factors on the Buffalo Bills offense vs. the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1

The Buffalo Bills begin their 2025 NFL season with a tough matchup against the Baltimore Ravens at home at Highmark Stadium in Week 1.

While game plans, coaching, and strategy will play a part, sometimes a big emphasis will sit with some individual players. In terms of the Bills offense, who could those be?

Here are three potential X-factors on the Bills offense against the Ravens in Week 1:

WR Khalil Shakir

While quarterback Josh Allen has other options in the passing game, Shakir is the most reliable. He returns as the team’s leading receiver and this early in the year he has to look like that.

OL Spencer Brown

Kyle Van Noy is the Ravens’ top pass rusher. He recorded a team-high 12.5 sacks in 2024. He’s likely to face Brown plenty of times on Sunday. Don’t let him disrupt the Bills’ game plan.

WR Keon Coleman

Coleman is the X-receiver the Bills hope to have. If he can extend the Ravens defense? It could be a long day at the office for Baltimore because just a deep catch or two from Coleman could open up everything for the Bills offense.
