After nearly three years, HiFi Brew Lounge in Valley Junction has opted to close.
“Sorry to say folks, but the time has come for HiFi Brew Lounge to close its doors,” the restaurant staff wrote on Facebook.
In August 2024, the new brewery debuted in Valley Junction, taking over the former Fox Brewing space with a two-story restaurant and a patio on both levels.
The brewery features a wall of albums that line the staircase heading to the second level with its entertainment space, as well as framed artwork of rock legends, including David Bowie from his Viva Glam era, the Beastie Boys and more.
The brewery and restaurant closes on June 27 but plans to remain open Thursdays through Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The menu offers riffs on classic favorites. Brisket Cubans, birria grilled cheese, fried chicken Cordon Bleu, a falafel gyro and a roster of burgers joined steak frites, corn brulee, disco tots and ratatouille ragu on the menu.
Brown-Eyed Girl, Ziggy Stardust Hazy IPA and California Love West Coast IPA are among the beers brewed in-house.
