Board of Supervisors candidates for Dallas County’s redrawn and expanded districts have reported their campaign finances.
The county has added two more supervisor seats to the board, bringing the total from three supervisors to five, with all of them to represent new districts following redistricting that was finalized in January.
Voters will use the new map in the June 2 primary and Nov. 3 election, which will be between the primary winners in each party. The supervisors elected in November will begin their terms in January 2027.
The campaign finance reports filed with the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board cover fundraising and expenditures from Jan. 1 through May 14. Candidates are required to file reports once they raise or spend more than $1,000 in a calendar year.
