IOWA CITY — The kickoff time for Iowa football’s Homecoming matchup with Indiana on Sept. 27 at Kinnick Stadium has been scheduled for 2:30 p.m. (CT). The game will be broadcast on Peacock.
Indiana is one of three programs on Iowa’s 2025 slate that made last season’s College Football Playoff. The Hawkeyes are also set to face Penn State and Oregon. All three of those contests will be played at Kinnick Stadium.

Iowa and Indiana will each face a Big Ten test before their meeting in Iowa City.
The Hoosiers swept a trio of non-conference games to open the season, but will take a significant step up in competition when they host Illinois on Sept. 20 in a clash of ranked teams.
Meanwhile, Iowa enters Big Ten play 2-1 overall, with its lone loss coming to Iowa State. Before taking on the Hoosiers, the Hawkeyes go on the road to Rutgers. That game will be played on a Friday (Sept. 19), meaning Iowa will have one more day of rest than Indiana leading up to the matchup with the Hoosiers.
The last time these two programs met was the 2021 season opener. The Hawkeyes comfortably handled the Hoosiers 34-6 as Riley Moss intercepted Indiana quarterback Michael Penix Jr. twice in the first half and returned both for touchdowns.
The last time Indiana football won in Iowa City was 2007. But in his second season with the Hoosiers, head coach Curt Cignetti has quickly made the program into a legitimate contender.
