The Indiana Fever made headlines on Wednesday morning when they released pictures of their new alternate jerseys, inspired by a popular Netflix TV series.
The Fever will debut new “Stranger Things” inspired jerseys on Thursday night when they host the Las Vegas Aces. The collab with Stranger Things comes with the fifth and final season of the hit show set to air in November.
The series takes place in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, which is why the Fever decided to collaborate with the show on these jerseys.
What do the ‘Stranger Things’ jerseys look like?
The black jerseys with the Indiana Fever name in the same font as the “Stranger Things” logo are a good look for the team, and they’ll hope to pick up a win in the new jerseys on Thursday night. It’s currently unknown if these jerseys will just be worn once or if they’ll join the jersey rotation for the remainder of the season.
The Fever now sit at .500 on the season following Tuesday’s loss to the Liberty and welcome the 12-11 Aces to town on Thursday.
While Caitlin Clark is still listed as day-to-day, it seems unlikely that she’ll return on Thursday from her right groin injury.
The Fever seem to be taking things slowly and cautiously this time around with Clark’s injury, which is the right move to ensure she’s healthy for later in the season. Tip-off on Thursday is at 6 p.m. CT on Amazon Prime Video.
