Sliders are coming to gliders.
Slider chain White Castle and Heelys, the skate shoe maker, have a collaboration coming.
Heely’s will sell a limited-edition collection of White Castle-branded shoes starting May 15 to celebrate National Slider Day. They’ll be available exclusively on the Heelys website.
Heelys are shoes with removable wheels located in the heels, allowing the shoes to transform into skates.
The White Castle shoes will be available in two colorways. One version is white with royal blue trim and laces and splashes of orange, while the second version is black with orange trim, white laces and splashes of royal blue.
Both versions feature the White Castle logo on two sides, a tongue that looks like a Cheese Slider, and small illustrations of Sliders, fries and soft drinks.
Sizes range from youth 13 to men’s 13.
They’ll cost $75 plus tax and shipping fees.
