Independence Day is just around the corner and Hoosiers planning to celebrate our country’s 250th birthday may already be wondering it the weather will be ideal for outdoor celebrations that may include fireworks, cookouts, swimming and more.
AccuWeather already has predictions in their 10 day outlook for the holiday weekend, so here’s what we know so far.
July 4th weekend forecast in Indianapolis
According to AccuWeather, these are the current forecast predictions for the Fourth of July weekend:
Friday, July 3
Strong afternoon thunderstorms possible, but otherwise partly sunny. Conditions are expected to be hot and humid with a temperature high of 92 predicted with a low of 70.
Saturday, July 4 – Independence Day
Another hot and humid, partly cloudy day with showers possible. A temperature high of 88 and a low of 69 is predicted.
Sunday, July 5
It is predicted to be mostly cloudy and humid with a temperature high of 86 and a low of 69.
