Santana Allen, Lawrence Central: Allen was 11-for-19 passing for 209 yards and four touchdowns in Lawrence Central’s 40-30 win over Zionsville. Allen also ran for a TD.
Amrin Barrett, Clinton Central: Barrett set school records with six touchdowns in a game and 40 points (two 2-point conversions) in Clinton Central’s 63-14 win over Faith Christian. The Bulldogs are 2-0.
Dane Bathurst, Carmel: The senior Duke recruit was a defensive force for Carmel in a 34-10 win over Class 6A No. 2 Westfield. Bathurst finished with nine tackles and three sacks as the Greyhounds improved to 2-0.
Wyatt Bowling, Franklin County: The senior quarterback was 13-for-14 passing for 185 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 172 yards and three TDs on 16 carries in Franklin County’s 62-28 win over Connersville.
Willie Chapman, Pike: The junior linebacker finished with 14 tackles, including three for a loss, and one sack in Pike’s 21-0 loss to Class 6A No. 5 Crown Point. Chapman visited Michigan on Saturday.
Gavin Connel, Scecina: Connel picked up a fumble and returned it 41 yards for the game-winning touchdown in Scecina’s 52-50 victory over Heritage Christian. Connel also returned a kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown. He averaged 36.2 yards on five kickoff returns, had eight tackles on defense and ran for 20 yards on seven carries.
Connor Cruz, Mooresville: The senior quarterback was 19-for-28 passing for 232 yards and four TDs with no interceptions in Mooresville’s 48-8 win over Terre Haute North. Cruz also ran for a TD to help the Pioneers to a 2-0 start.
Brady Gast, Alexandria: The senior quarterback was 17-for-23 passing for 294 yards and three TDs in Alexandria’s 54-14 win over Sheridan. Gast also ran four times for 35 yards and two TDs as the Tigers improved to 2-0.
Jett Goldsberry, Heritage Hills: The Ole Miss commit accounted for 342 all-purpose yards in Heritage Hills’ 57-10 win over Owensboro Apollo (Ky.). Goldsberry finished with five passing TDs and two rushing TDs on offense and had seven tackles and one sack on defense and a 35-yard kickoff return.
Donavon Martin, Shelbyville: Martin ran 38 times for 225 yards and three touchdowns as Shelbyville defeated Rushville 45-20 to improve to 2-0. Martin also had two catches for 47 yards and a 40-yard kickoff return in the win.
Myles McLaughlin, Knox: The senior ran for a school-record 428 yards and five TDs on 30 carries as Knox defeated Pioneer 38-20. Knox now has 7,611 career rushing yards, which ranks No. 4 on the state’s all-time list.
Connor Moreland, Franklin Central: The senior quarterback was 17-for-23 passing for 198 yards and three TDs and ran for 39 yards on five carries in Franklin Central’s 22-15 win over Roncalli.
Zeke Robertson, Triton Central: The senior receiver caught eight passes for 153 yards and one TD in Triton Central’s 28-13 win over Hamilton Heights.
Aiden Robinson, Maconaquah: The junior quarterback was 16-for-18 passing for 183 yards and five touchdowns in Maconaquah’s 41-21 win over Carroll (Flora). Robinson also ran for 15 yards on five carries as the Braves improved to 2-0.
Branden Sharpe, Brownsburg: The junior receiver went for eight catches and 237 receiving yards (a school record) in Class 6A No. 1 Brownsburg’s 29-0 win over Cathedral. Sharpe visited Ohio State for the Buckeyes’ game vs. Texas on Saturday.
Jack Sorgi, Tri-West: The junior Louisville commit was 19-for-28 passing for 332 yards and four TDs in Tri-West’s 47-29 win over Brebeuf Jesuit. Sorgi also ran for TD.
Luke Starnes, Plainfield: The senior running back carried 37 times for 268 yards and four TDs and caught one pass for five yards in Plainfield’s 34-27 win over Harrison (West Lafayette).
Kohen Stevenson, Mooresville: The senior outside linebacker had two game-changing interceptions with 50 yards on the two returns to help the Pioneers to a 48-8 win over Terre Haute North. Stevenson finished with five solo tackles and one pass breakup
D.J. Summers, Lawrence Central: Summers returned an interception 80 yards for a touchdown in Lawrence Central’s 40-30 comeback win over Zionsville. He added four tackles and one pass broken up.
Ryan Thembulembu, Fishers: The senior ran 14 times for 125 yards and two TDs and caught four passes for 88 yards and another score in Fishers’ 31-28 win over Lawrence North. He accounted for 240 all-purpose yards.
Keyon Thomas, Warren Central: The junior running back carried 22 times for 172 yards in Warren Central’s 28-14 win at Warsaw.
Cori Tonte, Franklin: The junior had 22 carries for 152 yards and three TDs in Franklin’s 27-13 win over Mt. Vernon.
