First Team
Gio Ardizzone, INF, Roncalli
Year: Junior
College: Uncommitted
Why he’s here: Ardizzone batted .463 with 41 runs scored, 32 RBIs, 10 doubles, seven home runs, one triple and 26 stolen bases.
Gannon Grant, RHP/INF, Center Grove
Year: Senior
College: Tennessee
Why he’s here: Grant put together a dominant senior season, helping Center Grove go 26-2. The right-handed pitcher won the Indiana Mr. Baseball Award, Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year and was named IndyStar Co-Player of the Year. He went 8-1 on the mound with a 0.96 ERA and 94 strikeouts over 58⅓ innings. At the plate, Grant batted .343 with 27 RBIs, six doubles, five home runs and one triple.
Desmond Francis, RHP/INF/OF, Park Tudor
Year: Senior
College: Notre Dame
Why he’s here: Francis put together a dominant season as a two-way player, earning Marion County Player of the Year honors. Francis batted .466 with 38 runs scored, 32 RBIs, nine doubles, six home runs and 16 stolen bases. On the mound, Francis pitched to a 2.18 ERA with 42 strikeouts over 35⅓ innings.
Drake McClurg, OF, Center Grove
Year: Junior
College: Texas A&M
Why he’s here: The uber-athletic lead-off hitter batted .341 with 43 runs scored, 27 RBIs, eight home runs, four doubles, one triple and 14 stolen bases. McClurg walked 29 times and struck out just nine.
Mason Meyer, OF, Mt. Vernon
Year: Junior
College: Arizona State
Why he’s here: Meyer batted .457 with 25 runs scored, 26 RBIs, seven doubles, two home runs, two triples and 21 stolen bases. Meyer made just one error in 29 games (.982 fielding percentage), walked 14 times and struck out just seven.
Aiden Reynolds, INF, Noblesville
Year: Senior
College: Indiana
Why he’s here: Reynolds has been a consistent producer since his freshman season with the Millers. The IU commit batted .411 with 30 runs scored, 25 RBIs, nine doubles, five home runs and 14 stolen bases. Reynolds walked 16 times and struck out just 12.
Aiden Smith, RHP/OF, Shelbyville
Year: Senior
College: Kentucky
Why he’s here: Smith re-wrote the record books during his four-year career with the Golden Bears. He finished his senior season batting .479 with 30 RBIs, seven doubles, seven home runs, three doubles and 15 stolen bases. He walked 22 times and struck out just 15. On the mound, Smith went 7-0 with 1.16 ERA and 77 strikeouts over 42⅓ innings. He finished as the school’s all-time leader in batting average, hits, home runs, RBIs, innings pitched, ERA and strikeouts.
Hudson Stewart, OF, Center Grove
Year: Senior
College: Dayton
Why he’s here: Stewart batted .398 with 24 runs scored, 37 RBIs, 10 doubles, eight home runs, one triple and three stolen bases. In the field, Stewart had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage on 19 chances.
Beckett Suh, INF, University
Year: Senior
College: Tulane
Why he’s here: Suh batted .549 with 43 runs scored, 49 RBIs, 16 doubles, seven home runs, three triples and nine stolen bases.
Ian Taylor, OF, Guerin Catholic
Year: Senior
College: George Mason
Why he’s here: Taylor batted .412 with 44 runs scored, 36 RBIs, nine home runs, four does, three triples and 15 stolen bases. Taylor committed just one error (.979 fielding percentage) in 32 games.
Tate Troxell, RHP, Guerin Catholic
Year: Senior
College: Alabama
Why he’s here: Troxell put together a dominant season leading the Golden Eagles to the Class 2A state championship. Troxell struck out 12 and allowed one earned run in Guerin’s title clinching win over Andrean. On the season, Troxell went 9-0 with a 1.23 ERA and 100 strikeouts over 57 innings pitched. At the plate, Troxell batted .250 with eight RBIs and two home runs.
Second Team
Collin Ash, Roncalli, Sr.
The Saint Louis commit batted .494 with 35 runs scored, 41 RBIs, seven doubles, three home runs, four triples and 30 stolen bases. On the mound, Ash went 4-3 with a 2.37 ERA and 63 strikeouts over 47⅓ innings.
Grayson Betts, Franklin, Sr.
The Northern Kentucky commit went 7-1 with a 1.88 ERA and 79 strikeouts over 52 innings pitched. Betts added 14 RBIs and two home runs at the plate.
Ben Canada, Guerin Catholic, Jr.
The Northwestern commit batted .382 with 37 runs scored, 33 RBIs, 18 doubles, four home runs, one triple and five stolen bases. Canada walked 17 times and struck out just 13.
Ryan Castetter, University, Sr.
The Princeton commit batted .439 with 44 runs scored, 35 RBIs, 11 doubles, three home runs, three triples and nine stolen bases.
Colt DeHart, Indian Creek, Sr.
The Taylor commit pitched to a 2.90 ERA with 73 strikeouts over 48⅓ innings. At the plate, DeHart batted .333 with 29 RBIs, six doubles, three home runs, two triples and 13 stolen bases.
Tyler Denny, Mooresville, Sr.
The Wabash commit batted .395 with 34 runs scored, 20 RBIs, 12 doubles, five home runs, one triple and 20 stolen bases. Denny did not commit an error over 28 games.
Beckett Doane, Noblesville, Sr.
The Cincinnati commit went 4-0 with a 2.84 ERA and 70 strikeouts over 37 innings.
Grady Grant, Center Grove, Jr.
The TCU commit batted .357 with 32 runs scored, 27 RBIs, 10 doubles, three home runs, one triple and five stolen bases. Grant walked 19 times and struck out just five.
Luke Hensley, Tri-West, Soph.
The sophomore went 5-0 with a 0.91 ERA with 73 strikeouts over 38⅓ innings. Hensley batted .371 with 21 RBIs, seven doubles, two home runs and one triple.
Beck Jordan, Westfield, Sr.
The Wabash commit batted .387 with 28 RBIs, 13 runs scored, four doubles, three triples and three stolen bases.
Clayton Lenz, Avon, Sr.
The Indiana Tech commit batted .370 with 36 runs scored, 19 RBIs, 12 doubles, five triples, one home run and 22 stolen bases.
Gavin Lykins, Plainfield, Sr.
The South Florida commit went 4-1 with a 2.89 ERA and 60 strikeouts overs 36⅓ innings. At the plate, Lykins batted .294 with 18 RBIs, five doubles and two home runs.
Jackson McDaniel, Perry Meridian, Sr.
McDaniel went 5-3 with a 1.62 ERA and 97 strikeouts over 69⅓ innings.
Rykin Matthias, North Central, Sr.
The Bellarmine commit batted .474 with 31 runs scored, 14 RBIs, six doubles, four home runs, two triples and 18 stolen bases. Matthias walked 16 times and struck out just seven and he had a perfect fielding percentage over 26 games.
Andrew Noble, Westfield, Soph.
The sophomore batted .410 with 31 runs scored, 20 RBIs, nine doubles, one triple and eight stolen bases. Noble walked 21 times and struck out 17.
Jacob Morris, New Palestine, Sr.
The IU-Kokomo commit went 5-1 with a 1.62 ERA with 47 strikeouts over 34⅔ innings. At the plate, Morris batted .443 with 23 runs scored, 12 RBIs, six doubles, two triples, one home run and 11 stolen bases.
Tristan Yerman, Center Grove, Sr.
The Indiana Wesleyan commit batted .414 with 23 RBIs, five doubles and four home runs. Behind the plate, Yerman finished with a .983 fielding percentage.
Reid Zittel, Zionsville, Sr.
The senior batted .404 with 21 runs scored, 23 RBIs, nine doubles, two triples, one home run and six stolen bases. Zittel walked 14 times and struck out just seven, and he finished with a perfect fielding percentage.
Third Team
Jackson Bixler, Hamilton Southeastern, Sr.
Bixler batted .429 with 35 runs scored, 25 RBIs, seven doubles, three triples, one home run and 19 stolen bases. Bixler walked 14 times and struck out just five in 30 games.
Henry Boyce, Covenant Christian, Sr.
The Indiana Wesleyan commit batted .443 with 39 runs scored, 19 RBIs, eight doubles, four triples and 22 stolen bases. On the mound, Boyce went 2-1 with a 1.83 ERA and 18 strikeouts over 23 innings.
Ethan Cougill, Brownsburg, Jr.
Cougill batted .516 with 17 RBIs, eight doubles, one home run and one stolen base.
Drew Dalton, Decatur Central, Soph.
Dalton batted .424 with 21 runs scored, 27 RBIs, eight doubles, three triples, two home runs and 10 stolen bases.
Liam Delp, Center Grove, Jr.
The Michigan commit batted .354 with 36 runs scored, 19 RBIs, four doubles, two triples, one home run and nine stolen bases.
Isaiah Frank, Brebeuf Jesuit, Jr.
Frank went 4-4 with a 2.12 ERA with 67 strikeouts over 43 innings. At the plate, Frank batted .324 with 21 runs scored, 14 RBIs, six doubles, one triple, one home run and seven stolen bases.
Nevan Jeffers, Purdue Poly Englewood, Sr.
Jeffers batted .492 with 32 runs scored, 19 RBIs, six doubles, four triples, four home runs and 21 stolen bases.
Gavin Jenkins, Eastern Hancock, Jr.
Jenkins batted .424 with 37 runs scored, 23 RBIs, five doubles, four home runs and 28 stolen bases.
Kyler Jones, Purdue Poly Broad Ripple, Sr.
Jones went 6-0 with a 1.42 ERA and 86 strikeouts over 44⅓ innings. At the plate, Jones batted .421 with 25 runs scored, 10 RBIs, one triple and 27 stolen bases.
Canyon Koonce, Brownsburg, Soph.
Koonce batted .367 with 20 runs scored, 10 RBIs, seven doubles and 11 stolen bases.
Braxton Lewis, Cascade, Sr.
Lewis batted .448 with 20 runs scored, 28 RBIs, 12 doubles, four home runs and one stolen base. Lewis walked 13 times and struck out just three times in 23 games.
Brody McGaha, Mooresville, Soph.
McGaha batted .406 with 29 runs scored, 15 RBIs, seven doubles, two home runs and 19 stolen bases. McGaha walked 13 times and struck out just six time in 21 games. The shortstop finished with a .947 fielding percentage.
Hudson Mills, Lutheran, Sr.
The Saint Francis commit batted .367 with 21 runs scored, 29 RBIs, 10 doubles, six home runs, two triples and 14 stolen bases. On the mound, Mills went 3-4 with a 1.50 ERA and 65 strikeouts over 37⅓ innings.
Jakoby Nunley, Lapel, Soph.
Nunley batted .422 with 35 runs scored, 19 RBIs, two doubles, one triple and 28 stolen bases. On the mound, Nunley went 4-1 with a 1.83 ERA, striking out 19 in 23 innings.
Aiden Pollock, Irvington Prep, Jr.
Pollock went 6-4 with a 2.35 ERA and 105 strikeouts over 50⅔ innings. At the plate, Pollock batted .393 with 17 RBIs, seven doubles, two triples, one home run and nine stolen bases.
Isaac Richardson, Beech Grove, Jr.
Richardson batted .412 with 24 RBIs, 17 runs scored, six doubles, three triples, five home runs and two stolen bases.
Eli Sinsabaugh, Cathedral, Sr.
The Army commit batted .354 with 31 runs scored, 24 RBIs, 12 doubles, one triple and 17 stolen bases.
Brayden Smith, Decatur Central, Sr.
Smith went 3-4 with a 2.06 ERA and 63 strikeouts over 47⅔ innings. At the plate, Smith batted .242 with 12 RBIs and one home run.
Will Simons, Greenwood Christian, Jr.
Simons batted .443 with 32 runs scored, 34 RBIs, eight doubles, seven triples, four home runs and 19 stolen bases.
Carter Strole, Fishers, Jr.
The Central Michigan commit batted .319 with 23 runs scored, 24 RBIs, 11 doubles, four home runs and 21 stolen bases.
