At just over a year old, Mood Ring has already captured a lot of hearts… but he’s still waiting for one to call his own.
This mixed-breed pup is the definition of a “velcro dog.” Wherever you go, he’s happy to follow, content just to be near his people. Friendly, affectionate, and endlessly social, Mood Ring greets the world with a wagging tail and an open heart. Whether he’s out at community events or meeting new friends on a walk, he approaches every interaction with enthusiasm and charm.
Currently thriving in foster care, Mood Ring is crate trained and making great progress with potty training. He walks nicely on a harness, though he does like to stop and say hello to everyone along the way. He’s playful and curious, with a love for toys, peanut butter treats, and, most of all, snuggling up with his favorite humans.
Mood Ring hasn’t had the easiest start. He came to the shelter as a stray puppy last August and has spent much of his young life in foster care. Along the way, he’s also dealt with some ear issues that are currently being treated, though he may need ongoing care in the future. Despite it all, his joyful spirit has never wavered.
What he truly needs now is something simple: a family willing to continue his journey, to help him grow, and to give him the love he so freely gives in return.
