The winter storm that came through Indiana on Nov. 29 mostly brought snow totals on the low side of predictions, according to the National Weather Service in Indianapolis.
Indianapolis clocked in at 1.7 inches of accumulation during its second snowfall of the season, with areas of the state north of the city posting much higher totals.

I need to get the NWS snowfall amounts at intervals. HOA is required to plow driveways and walks at a NWS report of 3″. Is there a phone number or other method where the totals are reported.
