ROCKFORD, IL — Hard Rock Casino Rockford Unity loyalty program members can now earn and redeem rewards at more than 200 Hard Rock destinations around the world.
Until now, members of Hard Rock Casino Rockford’s loyalty program could only redeem rewards at the local casino.
“This is a game changer for our guests — they can now earn and redeem Unity points not just here in Rockford, but at Hard Rock venues around the globe,” Iafrate said in a news release. “It’s another exciting step in delivering world-class entertainment and rewards to our community.”
A lengthy process was needed to integrate the casino’s loyalty program into the international network and in compliance with Illinois regulatory requirements, Hard Rock Rockford President Geno Iafrate said.
Points earned by playing in the casino, eating at the casino, buying items at the Rock Shop or staying at casino hotels can be redeemed for discounts at casino restaurants, shops and for free play. They also often earn players entries into special drawings and giveaways.
Points earned in Rockford can now also be spent when traveling to Hard Rock destinations in Florida, Nevada, Europe, Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean.
