Enjoy the last of the 2026 county fair season in northwest Illinois. This weekend features the Winnebago County Fair in Pecatonica, which ends Sunday at 6 p.m.
Visitors can enjoy everything from lumberjack, livestock and horse shows and Hoo Haven and K-9 demonstrations to magic, live music, a rodeo, tractor pulls and a demolition derby.
There will also be McIntyre Circus performances, midway rides and fair food, 4-H agricultural exhibits and competitions, family activities and children’s games and the nostalgia of a traditional summer fair.
Saturday’s schedule will include the 4-H Quality Livestock Auction at 11 a.m., PI Motorsports at 1 p.m., and llini State Pullers & Farmer’s Class Tractor Pulls at 6:30 p.m.
The Entertainment Tent on Saturday will feature the Switch Track Alley Band from 2-5 p.m., and Cherry Pie from 9 p.m. to midnight.
Sunday events include Church at the Fair at 11 a.m. in Moss Hall, and the Demo Derby at 2 p.m. in the Grandstand.
The Winnebago County Fairgrounds is located at 500 W. First St. in Pecatonica.
