The Chicago Bears got a narrow victory over the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football, winning 25-24 on a last-second field goal, but they dealt with a few key injuries along the way.
Linebacker Noah Sewell was lost for the game with a concussion, while wide receiver DJ Moore hobbled with an undisclosed injury. It turns out that injury could be more severe than initially thought.

After the game ended, the team announced Moore had been taken to a local area hospital in an ambulance for precautionary medical evaluation and will remain there overnight. According to Herb Howard, wide receivers coach Antwaan Randle-El accompanied Moore in the ambulance.
Moore got up singerly after taking a big hit during a catch and run in the first half. Though he was seen grimacing on the sidelines at certain points throughout the night, Moore stayed in the game. He finished the game with three catches for 42 yards on five targets.
We’ll see if head coach Ben Johnson has any updates on Moore on Tuesday during his media availability.
