Last night’s episode of “Dancing with the Stars” was a rock and roll theme, in honor of the Saturday, Nov. 8, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. And Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Flavor Flav was the guest judge for the night, throwing up enthusiastic high scores.

The episode also brought the return of the team dance competition, which gave contestants the opportunity to score extra points. Florida’s Alix Earle is still in the running and toward the top of the leaderboard, shying just one point away from a perfect score.

Born William Jonathan Drayton Jr., he is a rapper and television personality. On top of his hit songs, many might recognize him for famous catchphrases, like “Yeah, boyeeeeee!” and his signature large clock necklace.

Last night’s episode brought the return of the team dance competition, in which the cast splits into two groups to compete for additional points.

The teams were split into two groups: “Team Chicago,” comprised of Jordan, Danielle, Whitney, and Dylan, versus “Team Cool,” consisting of Andy, Alix, Elaine, and Robert. Hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro also joined the teams for the first time, with Hough on “Team Cool” and Ribeiro on “Team Chicago.”

Dancing to Chicago’s live performance of “25 or 6 to 4,” “Team Chicago” earned the first perfect score of the season, a 40 out of 40. Team Kool performed to Kool & the Gang’s live performance of “Celebration” and received a score of 38 out of 40.

Who won immunity for next week’s episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars’?

Earlier in the night, the hosts shared that the couple with the highest scores for the episode would receive immunity next week. Whitney Leavitt and partner Mark Ballas won immunity after having the most combined judges’ points last night.
