A man killed himself with a handgun inside the clubhouse of the Capital City Country Club, Tallahassee police said.
No one else was harmed in the incident, which happened the morning of July 28.
A spokeswoman said there was no danger to the public. No other details had been released as of mid-morning.
The country club is located on Golf Terrace Drive near Myers Park.
On July 22, Tallahassee police worked another suicide in a public place.
An individual inside a vehicle died of a “self-inflicted gunshot wound” while parked on Daylily Lane off of Mahan Drive. Commuters reported passing by a large police presence, forensic van and crime scene tape.
