St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department’s 2025 Reel in the Fun Kids Fishing Tournament – catch and release – will be July 13 at the Vilano Fishing Pier, 260 Vilano Road, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Children ages 4 to 12 are eligible to compete.
County rules include:
Check-in is at 8:30 a.m., and fishing begins at 9 a.m.
First, second, and third place will be awarded for the largest fish (by weight) in each age category. Ties will be determined by the length of the fish.
