Pensacola’s new all-you-can-eat Asia Buffet, located at 4238 W. Fairfield Drive, is now open, offering Pensacola a diverse selection of Asian cuisine, specifically Hunan dishes, available for a great value.
Manager Rena Lin said the restaurant was built off her family’s recipes, including her father, Sheng Qun Huang, and uncle, Tony Ni, who make everything from scratch in the back while she runs the front. The buffet will rotate regularly, likely on a weekly basis, offering recurring guests the opportunity to try a variety of different dishes.
The restaurant held a soft opening on Aug. 17, and will now be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
To start, the restaurant will initially offer the buffet for dine-in service, but will eventually also offer individual, composed plates. However, Lin said that the buffet is the best bargain.
Customers can help themselves to a variety of items, and what Lin claims to be the best hot and sour soup and General Tso’s chicken you’ve ever had.
Despite the value you’re getting, all the dishes are made from scratch in the kitchen, including four different flavors of curries.
The restaurant is an ideal venue for groups to gather, accommodating over 100 people in its array of bright blue booths.
Birthdays will be a big deal at Asia Buffet, where, in groups of at least four, the birthday guest will receive their meal for free.

The all-you-can-eat buffet will be available for $11.99 for lunch and otherwise $14.99 per person on Monday through Friday, with discounted rates available for children 10 and younger. On Saturday and Sunday, the buffet will be $14.99 all day.
Customers will be able to order individual entrees to go or from the buffet by weight.
