Workers at Palm Beach International Airport found a person dead the morning of Sept. 9 in a parking facility, authorities said.
According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office statement, the discovery was made shortly before 8 a.m. in a stairwell. A sheriff’s spokesperson said an investigation determined that there was no foul play involved.
The agency did not release any identifying information about the person who died.
In a statement posted to Facebook at about 9 a.m., PBIA officials reported that the sheriff’s office was conducting an investigation in an airport parking facility. They noted that airport operations were not affected.
