La Goulue in Palm Beach will host a Wilson Daniels wine tasting on April 26.
On hand at the 3:30 p.m. event at the French bistro, 288 S. County Road, will be a representative from Wilson Daniels, a wine importer and marketer that handles a portfolio of worldwide family-owned wineries.
Co-hosting the event is La Goulue sommelier Xavier To Van Trang.
The afternoon will feature a curated multi-course afternoon menu by La Goulue executive chef Gwen Le Pape.
Each course will be paired with wines from renowned estates represented by Wilson Daniels. The event cost is $195 a person, and reservations are required.
After a mise-en-bouche tasting, the menu’s wine-paired plates will include such items as soft-boiled duck egg, as well as Mediterranean beef stew with green olives and fingerling potatoes.
Other courses will include a dessert of peach pavlova.
